Shipping Policy

DELIVERY NZ:

All orders are dispatched 5-10 working days after receiving payment. Once dispatched, shipping can take 2-3 working days.

$6.00 for signature required courier nationwide.

DELIVERY AUS:

All orders are dispatched 5-10 working days after receiving payment. Once dispatched, shipping can take 3-10 working days.

Orders are shipped through a courier and freight aggregator https://www.gosweetspot.com/

$40 for signature required courier nationwide.

$20 for untracked nationwide. Please be advised we may not be able to retrieve a lost package if untracked.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is our policy that a signature is required for all deliveries.  If you choose not to have a signature for deliveries, you do so at your own risk.  Upon delivery to you (signature or otherwise), you assume all risk and responsibility for the products.
